1. Processing Time
🛠Made to Order: Since our products are 3D-printed in-house, please allow around 7+ business days for processing before shipment.
2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We offer only standard shipping options at this time. Estimated delivery times are:

3. Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking updates to appear.
5. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Shipments
- Fuel & Fire is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed shipments once they leave our facility.
- If a package is marked as delivered but not received, please check with your local carrier or neighbors before contacting us.
- If a package is lost in transit, reach out to us, and we’ll do our best to assist in filing a claim.
6. Shipping Address Errors
Please double-check your shipping address before submitting your order. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer is responsible for reshipping costs.
